Unique Senior Care to create 100 new jobs in Coventry and South Warwickshire
We hope to create more than 100 new jobs in care, in Coventry and South Warwickshire.
Unique Senior Care already employs nearly 200 people across our operations in Coventry and South Warwickshire. We’re looking to increase our team of community carers to expand our reach across the region and support more clients. We’re also keen to increase the complex care available for people living with illnesses such as dementia and Parkinson’s.
We’re looking to boost the team over the coming year, creating more than 100 new jobs. This will include a range of full and part-time roles all with full training provided by our award-winning learning and development team.
We are always looking for compassionate, caring and committed people to join our team. We’re very proud to be in a position to expand our team so significantly. In January alone, we hired 20 new Caregivers. We only employ people who we would allow to look after our own family members and pass the ‘mum test‘, ensuring that we always deliver the highest possible standards of care.

Chloe joined us in early 2024 as our content manager. Having earned a first-class degree in digital marketing and spending more than six years in public relations, she’s well-placed to shape informative content and heartfelt stories that help inform our clients and connect them with the care they need.
Having worked across a multitude of different industries before care, Chloe’s passion lies in the meaningfulness of her work – from creating content that guides clients through their care journey to helping Caregivers find a rewarding new role.
