Being named in the top 20 small care providers for the whole of the UK means our clients have consistently given us high ratings across all Unique services, showing and sharing their appreciation for our care and support at home.

The Homecare Awards are determined through a clear and fair process. Here’s how it works:
- Review Scores: Providers must have high review scores at a specific cut-off time to be in the top 20 for their group size in the UK. These scores are based on reviews from clients and their families.
- Regulatory Compliance: Providers must meet regulatory standards, ensuring a high percentage of compliant members.
- Minimum Reviews: Providers need at least five published reviews within the specified period to be considered.
This process ensures that the awards genuinely reflect the experiences of those receiving care, making them truly meaningful.
