#ShareWhyYouCare week calls for the 1.5 million people who work in adult social care to share why they’ve chosen a career in care.

“It’s a whirlwind of three years working for this amazing company. My background has always been hospitality and some sort of management. In the these three years, I’ve been carer, shift leader and now team leader. I couldn’t ask for a more brilliant, funny team of people to work with along with the amazing clients. No day is ever the same and that’s what I love. I love how I can care and get the most for someone day to day.
