We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve once again been honoured with the Princess Royal Training Award! We first received this award in 2021, and we’re over the moon to be recognised again in 2024 with a revalidation. This revalidation celebrates the way we continuously train and support our team, ensuring that we provide the very best care to our clients.
Since our first win in 2021, we’ve seen significant growth – in fact, we’ve doubled in size! This incredible progress is a real credit to our amazing team, who have fully embraced the importance we place on learning and development. Their dedication to growing their skills and careers has been key to our ability to promote from within and retain such fantastic staff. Along the way, we’ve also earned ‘Centre for Excellence’ status from Skills for Care, which reflects the strong commitment we’ve made to getting our training programmes right.
The Princess Royal Training Awards, run by the City & Guilds Group, recognise UK organisations that excel in training and development. The award isn’t just about the training itself but also about how that training makes a real difference to the business and its employees. We’re incredibly proud to be one of just five social care providers in the UK to receive this honour in 2024.
Jo Cleary, our Learning and Development Manager, put it perfectly: “This award really speaks to the heart of what we do.
